Junior Auditor

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct audits as per SOP/COP or client-defined procedures, ensuring all audits remain unbiased.
• Prepare reports according to provided guidance and within the required turnaround time (TAT).
• Maintain a strong professional network and stay updated on laws or any legal changes.
• Follow all quality requirements as defined in the procedure.
• Review reports according to TÜV SÜD and client guidelines.
• Complete report reviews within two days of receiving the report.
• Address all technical review points in a single submission and maintain zero rejection after technical review.
• Take necessary actions based on suggestions or instructions provided by clients, management, or superiors.
• Maintain confidentiality of vendor-specific information at all times.
• Update all registers related to audits.
• Perform duties in a manner that prevents major non-conformities in internal or external audits.
• Maintain a 0% complaint rate that may lead to claims, business loss, or negative impact on brand image.
• Comply with all ethical requirements, including reading, understanding, and strictly following the company's Code of Conduct.
• Respond promptly to queries and maintain positive interaction with team members.
• Discuss any audit-related issues openly without withholding any information.
• Assist the Department Manager in carrying out operational tasks.
• Perform any additional responsibilities assigned by the Supervisor.
