The role is responsible for conducting market research, analyzing data, and providing actionable insights to support revenue growth, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about using data to drive business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesThe role focuses on driving business growth throughmarket research, customer insights, and data-driven strategy. Responsibilities include:Market & Industry Research:Analyze trends, competitors, regulations, and new market opportunities.- Customer Insights:Understand customer behavior, segment audiences, and support journey mapping.- Competitive Intelligence:Track competitor strategies, benchmark offerings, and inform positioning.- Business Development Support:Provide data-driven insights for lead prioritization, partnerships, and revenue forecasting.- Marketing Analysis:Evaluate campaign performance, monitor KPIs (CAC, ROI, conversions), and optimize spend.- Data & Reporting:Build dashboards, track KPIs (CLV, market share, conversion ratios), and present actionable recommendations.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with BD, sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer-centric growth.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or any related field but not mandatory for the problem solvers.Familiar with market research, business analysis, or data analyticsStrong analytical and research skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to handle multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in Google sheet, Google Analytics, CRM tools, and BI toolsFamiliarity with the SaaS/software industry.Experience with survey tools .Understanding of digital marketing metrics and funnels.Experience RequirementsN/AInternship Period & TypeThree (3) MonthsPaid (>= 5K BDT/Month)Compensation & Other BenefitsWeekly two holidays, along with all national holidays.Lunch Facilities: Full SubsidizeSalary Review: Yearly (After Internship Period)Festival Bonus: 2 (After Internship Period)Employment StatusFull-time InternshipJob LocationSynergy IT Services Ltd.Jahangir Tower, Building-M5, Level 4-6, Mirpur-14, Kafrul, Dhaka-1206How to ApplyPlease send your CV towith the subject line"Application for Intern Growth Analyst Position".
