Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Executive located in Nilphāmāri. The role involves managing and overseeing commercial operations, maintaining client relationships, following up on customer queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between various stakeholders. The Commercial Executive will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting strategic objectives, and contributing to the company's success in the import and export sector.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience in Commercial and Commercial Management
• Proficiency in Following Up and Communication, including written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Customer Service abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when required
• Relevant academic qualifications; a bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience within the import and export industry is an added advantage
