At Inument, we are looking for a Senior QA Engineer with a strong foundation in both manual and automation testing and a solid programming background. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality software delivery for international clients by building reliable test strategies and automation frameworks.

Job Details:

  • Workplace: On-site
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Dhaka Time), Sunday to Thursday
  • Vacancies: 1

  • Salary: BDT 80,000 – 150,000/monthly (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
  • Must-Have: Strong experience in manual and automation testing, solid programming knowledge, and good English communication skills. Experience working with outsourcing or international clients is a plus.

Job Description:

  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
  • Perform thorough manual testing for web and mobile applications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and smoke testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to understand system behavior and validate fixes.
  • Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and retesting.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and provide early QA feedback during development.
  • Ensure test coverage aligns with business and technical requirements.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.

Additional Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals and QA best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with automation frameworks and tools.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and Java or experience with other programming languages is acceptable.
  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable automation code.
  • Experience with API testing and backend validation.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
