We are seeking skilled Android Developers / Senior Android Developers to work on large-scale, enterprise-grade mobile applications. The role involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, UX teams, and engineering leaders to build high-quality Android solutions.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Review and implement UX/UI designs provided by design teams while ensuring usability and performance.
• Develop Android applications following best-practice architectures such as MVVM, MVC, or Clean Architecture.
• Conduct and document code reviews to maintain high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Research, evaluate, and integrate new tools, libraries, APIs, and frameworks.
• Support QA teams with software stabilization and bug fixing during testing phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to align on project goals.
• Participate in innovation initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
• Ensure applications meet performance, security, and scalability standards.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
• Strong understanding of UX principles and ability to convert designs into working Android applications.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin.
• Hands-on experience with Android SDK, Wear OS, and Android development tools.
• Experience with RESTful API integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of dependency injection frameworks (e.g., Dagger, Hilt).
• Understanding of Android performance optimization techniques.
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 / 𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (Flutter, React Native).
• Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Experience in wearable or IoT-based application development.
• Exposure to enterprise-scale mobile applications.
