Operation Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Oversee daily distribution operations to ensure smooth operation.
  • Monitor sales performance, track targets, and support field force teams to achieve monthly KPIs.
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock availability, and reduce stock out situations.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, to increase sales volume.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor trade activities and identify business opportunities.
  • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to sales and distribution team members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, distribution guidelines, and operational standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Resolve operational issues, retailers queries, and ensure service quality.
  • Plan and execute local promotional activities to increase brand visibility and sales.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
  • Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, MS Office, Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Requirements

  • Experience in Distribution Sales will be given priority (specially if he has previously worked as a distribution manager in bKash distribution house).
  • MS Office is must.
  • Motorbike driving.
  • Citizen of Ishwarganj, Nandail, Gouripur and Mymensingh will be given priority.
