Major duties and responsibilities:

• Analyze manpower budget and coordinate hiring of workers based on requirement.
• Conduct interviews, document verification, and maintain recruitment records.
• Maintain employee personal files, other necessary documents to keep HRIS up to date.
• Prepare different HR reports; i.e- daily manpower, turnover, absenteeism, overtime summary etc.
• Coordinate with Payroll for accurate salary processing.
• Support continual employee queries and assist in handling disciplinary procedures to ensure compliance in the factory premises.

Work Station:
Factory at Zamirdia, Bhaluka, Mymensingh.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• Honors and Masters in HRM/Management/Public Administration from any Public or Reputed Private University.
• PGD in HRM will add preference

Experience Requirements

• At least 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Textile

Additional Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field (garments industry).
