Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a GPQ (Garment Production Quality) specialist at Muazuddin Textile Limited. The position is based in Dhaka. The GPQ specialist will be responsible for ensuring the quality of garments through all stages of production. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production processes, inspecting materials and finished products, coordinating with production teams, and maintaining quality standards. The GPQ specialist will also help in identifying and solving quality-related issues, maintaining documentation, and keeping up-to-date with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Understanding of garment production processes, materials inspection, and quality control
• Experience in coordinating with production teams and maintaining quality standards
• Proficiency in identifying and solving quality-related issues and maintaining documentation
• Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Apparel Manufacturing, or related field.
