About the Role

Civil Tech Consultant is seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer (Civil) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision abilities, technical knowledge and the capability to manage daily site operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior, renovation, and fit-out projects.

Ensure proper execution of civil, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works as per approved drawings.

Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.

Prepare daily work progress reports and update the project manager regularly.

Check materials, site measurements, levels, and quality of workmanship.

Verify BOQ, drawings, and measurement sheets for accuracy.

Monitor worker productivity and ensure tasks are completed within set timelines.

Manage site materials effectively and ensure proper usage to minimize wastage.

Maintain site safety protocols and cleanliness at all times.

Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resolving site-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

Diploma/B.Sc. in Civil Engineering (from a recognized institution).

1–3 years of experience in interior, fit-out, renovation, or finishing work.

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and interior drawings.

Solid knowledge of gypsum board, ceiling works, partitions, tiles, painting, cabinetry & carpentry coordination.

Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, construction drawings (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing), MS Office & basic project tracking tools.

Excellent communication, team coordination, and site management skills.

Ability to monitor productivity and ensure timely completion of activities.

Strong project planning and on-site problem-solving skills.

Must be proactive, honest, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

Ability to supervise labor teams and handle subcontractors efficiently.

Preference for candidates residing near Mirpur DOHS.
