Role Description
This full-time, on-site role is based in Dhaka and focuses on developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand visibility and online engagement. The Digital Marketing Executive will manage social media platforms, create and optimize web content, monitor online campaigns, and analyze performance metrics using web analytics tools. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to plan and implement marketing initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Create, edit, and optimize web and social media content (posts, captions, blogs, visuals)
Plan, execute, and monitor digital campaigns across owned and paid channels
Track and analyze campaign performance using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.)
Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and insights
Collaborate with program, design, and technical teams to support marketing initiatives
Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing materials

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably with EdTech companies, training organizations, skills development institutes, NGOs, or workforce development programs
Strong skills in Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Communication
Experience in web content writing and creating engaging digital content
Proficiency in using web analytics and performance tracking tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Compensation & Benefits
Monthly Salary: BDT 15,000 – 30,000 (negotiable based on experience)
