IT Officer / IT In-Charge

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day IT support across the hospital.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Manage and maintain server systems and backups.
  • Support and monitor hospital management software (ERP).
  • Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and ensure proper surveillance system functionality.
  • Coordinate with vendors/service providers for IT-related requirements.
  • Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure to support hospital services.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the hospital management.
  • Supervise call center IT Operations and provide technical support to end users.
  • Provide support to all departments in preparing presentations and reports.
  • Provide guidance & training to end users on using software and IT equipment.
  • Supervise & ensure efficient entry of Optics and Pharmacy shop related data.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
