Job Description / Responsibility

The Premier Bank PLC.
invites applications from experienced, dynamic and performance-driven banking professionals for
Islamic Banking Window.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the day-to-day business activities of the Islamic Banking Window.
  • Support deposit mobilization and promote Islamic banking products to achieve business targets.
  • Induct new clients and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
  • Monitor business development, investment portfolio performance, and recovery activities.
  • Drive business development initiatives to expand and diversify the Islamic banking portfolio.
  • Uphold professional business conduct, ethical standards and effective communication at all times.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to align the Islamic Banking Window with the Bank's overall business objectives.
  • Ensure full compliance with Shariah principles, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate effectively with Branch Management and the Head Office Islamic Banking Division for smooth operations and reporting.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • 4-years graduation preferably in Business Administration or related discipline from a reputed university with no third class/division or equivalent CGPA in the academic record. Having Postgraduate degree will be considered an added advantage.
  • Any relevant Professional Qualifications will be considered an added advantage.
  • Skills Required: General Banking, Islamic Banking

Experience Requirements

  • 5 to 10 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Banks

Additional Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of banking experience including at least 03 years of Islamic Banking experience in General Banking & Investment Operations.
  • Sound understanding of Shariah-based banking concepts.
