Job Description / Responsibility

  • Identifying new sales opportunities through lead generation and cold calling.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Strengthening client relationships and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales quotas, tracking progress using CRM software, and generating regular performance reports.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conducting service presentations tailored to the needs of clients and prospective customers.
  • Other services as required by the management of Blue Pineapple Technology Ltd.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor/Honors

Graduation/Post-graduation degree any relevant subject from any reputed public or private university. Graduates with CGPA 3.50 and above will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

  • At least 7 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Requirements

  • 7+ years of proven success in B2B sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Persuasive presentation skills, with experience delivering tailored pitches to executives or decision-makers.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and familiarity with data-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.
