Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and confident Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, presentable, and capable of guiding clients professionally. She will play a key role in understanding client needs, providing accurate information about our services, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
• Understand client needs and provide appropriate consultancy services
• Maintain and update client records and follow up regularly
• Assist clients with required documentation and application processes
• Explain service details clearly and professionally to prospective clients
• Work closely with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Attend meetings, training sessions, and events when required

Educational Requirements

• Higher Secondary
• Diploma
• Bachelor/Honors
• Masters
• Skills Required: Education Counseling, Counseling, Visa Processing, Student Counseling, Call Center, Tour and Travel Agency, Work Permit Visa Processing

Experience Requirements

• At least 1 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Immigration/Visa Processing
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
