Experience:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience in construction related experience business control, project management, or financial management.

Job Description
The Business Controller will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and operational management of ongoing projects. The individual will work closely with the management team to ensure smooth project execution, manage financial activities, and ensure effective communication across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work Order Collection: Collect work orders from clients after receiving Level 1 (L1) confirmation.
- Budget Preparation: Collaborate with the budgeting and planning team to prepare project budgets.
- Resource Planning & Allocation: Manage the allocation and planning of resources required for project execution.
- Work Certification Follow-up: Take the lead in following up on work certification processes.
- Invoice Generation: Generate invoices based on work certifications and agreed payment milestones.
- Bank Coordination: Coordinate with banks to facilitate the issuance of bank guarantees.
- Project Reporting: Collect project reports, material requisitions, work plans, fund forecasts, and allocations from team leads on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly basis. Report findings to the management team and ensure management approval.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project progress and work status periodically.
- Material Sourcing: Source raw materials for project sites and align delivery schedules based on site requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting team to support budget approvals for respective projects.
- Client Visits: Visit client offices as required to support the management team.
