Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Video Editor based in Dhaka, with the flexibility to work from home for specific tasks. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing and enhancing video content, creating motion graphics, and ensuring high-quality video production. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the creative team to conceptualize and execute video content, implementing video color grading techniques, and managing post-production processes to align with the magazine's branding and storytelling standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Video Editing and Video Production to craft compelling and professional video content
  • Skills in Video Color Grading to enhance visual quality and match desired aesthetics
  • Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create engaging visual elements for videos
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects)
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in digital media or a creative industry is a plus
  • Degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or related field preferred
