Job Description / Responsibility
We are actively looking for a experienced and skilled personnel to join us as Sr. Executive / Asst. Manager (Accounts).
The contenders must have Professional work experience in the same profession industry in a similar position for Head office or Branch Outlet.
Keep filling as per accounts procedure like Challan, Bill, gate pass & others.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded.
Having realistic knowledge about processing Requisition, Bill, Voucher, pay slip etc.
Will be responsible for creating and maintaining a systematic approach to financial records maintenance through excel/software and manually.
Preparation of monthly financial statement (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash flow statement).
Prepare and Checking monthly Salary, Wages, Incentive, TA, Distribution, Commission and others.
Update accounts payable, ensure timely payment of invoices, and perform reconciliations.
Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
Handling of Banking Related work.
Handle of all Tax & VAT related matters of the company.
Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting
Skills Required: Accounting

3 to 5 year(s)
