Digital Marketing Manager

, responsible for driving user acquisition, managing YouTube influencer campaigns, optimizing paid growth, and supporting the overall marketing strategy for our mobile apps.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google App Campaigns to achieve CPI/CPA/ROAS targets.
• Manage budgets, bidding strategies, geo-targeting, and daily performance tracking.
• Run Search, Display, YouTube, and remarketing campaigns for app growth.
• Conduct creative A/B tests and collaborate with designer for ad assets.
• Monitor analytics using Firebase, GA4, and internal dashboards to improve funnel performance.
• Plan and manage YouTube influencer campaigns, including research, outreach, negotiation, and deliverables.
• Prepare campaign briefs, guide influencers on content direction, and analyze influencer ROI.
• Research market trends, competitor campaigns, and new growth opportunities.
• Support overall marketing planning, launch strategies, and brand visibility initiatives.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, especially UAC for mobile apps.
• Strong understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, event tracking, and funnel optimization.
• Proficiency in Firebase, GA4, Google Ads Manager, and other analytics tools.
• Experience in managing YouTube influencers or creator partnerships.
• Strong analytical ability with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple apps and campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
