Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Salesperson, located in Dhaka with some work-from-home flexibility. The Salesperson will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets. Key tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales reports, negotiating contracts, and representing the company at industry events. The role will involve working closely with the marketing and development teams to ensure client satisfaction and the successful implementation of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and develop business strategies
  • Experience in sales reporting and contract negotiation
  • Knowledge of tech solutions and the software development industry
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with both in-office and remote work
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Relevant experience in the software development or IT solutions industry is a plus
