Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Creative Graphics Designer to join our team on-site at our Dhaka, Bangladesh office. The Creative Graphics Designer will be responsible for designing various visual content, including graphics and branding materials, web design elements, and logo designs, to effectively align with the company's objectives. This individual will collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop creative concepts, deliver high-quality graphic solutions, and ensure adherence to branding guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop visual content based on brand direction
  • Create posts, banners, reels & promotional materials
  • Edit short videos for marketing campaigns
  • Maintain brand identity (colors, fonts, style etc.)

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually appealing and high-quality designs.
  • Experience in Branding and developing visual identity materials to ensure brand consistency.
  • Expertise in Web Design and Logo Design, along with strong attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with design software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Strong creativity,design, time management, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
  • Relevant academic background in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
