Negotiable (based on experience and skills)

Key responsibility:

  1. Analyze campaign performance data across paid search, paid social, and programmatic channels to uncover trends, evaluate effectiveness, and refine strategies for maximum ROI, reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Marketing.
  2. Must have vast knowledge on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other social media platform.
  3. Support email marketing and nurture campaigns through audience segmentation, content strategy, automated workflows, and performance optimization.
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and share insights with channel owners to inform ongoing campaign improvements.
  5. Collaborate with the Operations team to develop reporting frameworks and communicate performance to partners.
  6. Coordinate campaign planning, creative development, and performance optimization across digital channels.
  7. Conduct multivariate testing on ad creatives, landing pages, email campaigns, and CTAs to increase conversion rates
  8. Lead the end-to-end ad production process—from brief creation and asset development to launch and post-campaign performance analysis.
  9. Manage the content syndication program to expand audience reach, create leads, and support overall demand generation goals.
  10. Hands-on experience with important marketing and analytics tools including Marketo, Salesforce, Power BI, Demand base and SEM platforms.
  11. Translate data into relevant insights and performance improvements.
  12. A collaborative mindset and ability to work with sales, content, and external partners.
  13. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment with a test-and-learn approach to marketing.

Requirements:

· Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing.

· Minimum Graduation Complete.

· Capable to quickly learn.

· Proactiveness and positive thinking.

· Team Work Ability.

· Pressure handling capacity.

· Capacity to handle multiple projects.
