  • Collect, analyse, and interpret administrative and operational data (Inventory levels, expenses, resource utilisation) to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visual comparisons (e.g. location-wise spend, inventory turnover) to support decision-making.
  • Prepare, create, and process office supply requisitions for all locations, ensuring timely procurement, cost-effectiveness, and alignment with departmental needs.
  • Monitor central store stock levels, manage reorders, and maintain an audit-ready inventory system.
  • Conduct regular physical audits of assets and supplies to ensure compliance and minimise discrepancies.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all admin-related accrual data collection, coordinating with Admin Points of Contact (PoCs) across departments to ensure timely and accurate submissions.
  • Support asset lifecycle management by maintaining records of company assets, coordinating repairs/upgrades, and ensuring optimal utilisation.
  • Identify gaps in administrative workflows and recommend process improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Any logical work assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1+ years of administrative or operations experience, with exposure to data analysis and inventory management.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot tables and VLOOKUP).
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI)
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
