Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to join our team on-site at our facility in Dhaka, Bangladesh. In this role, the Marketing Manager will lead the development and implementation of marketing strategies, conduct market research, oversee marketing campaigns, and drive brand growth. Responsibilities will also include managing both offline and online marketing channels, building relationships with key industry players, analyzing trends, and ensuring brand alignment with company goals. The Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's visibility and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong marketing and branding skills, including the ability to develop effective marketing strategies and execute successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, online marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Analytical thinking and market research skills for evaluating trends and insights to optimize business strategies.
- Leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and coordinating cross-functional projects.
- Understanding of sustainable practices and alignment with eco-friendly initiatives is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; experience in the textiles industry is a plus.
