Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dhaka, Bangladesh, for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end processes of order execution and product delivery while maintaining close communication with clients and manufacturers. Key tasks include managing product development, coordinating shipments, ensuring quality control, and meeting deadlines. The role also involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and identifying potential market trends for product enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively liaise with clients and manufacturers.
  • Proficiency in Sales, Retail, and Marketing to support order fulfillment and identify growth opportunities.
  • Organizational and coordination skills to ensure seamless execution of orders and timely deliveries.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to address challenges and meet customer expectations.
  • Experience in merchandising or a related field is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion, or a related discipline is advantageous.
