Working Days & Hours: Sunday to Thursday | 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Backend Developers to join our growing development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and robust web applications. Your main focus will be on backend development using modern technologies.

1. Technical Skills:

PHP (7.x / 8.x) – strong proficiency.

Laravel Framework (9.x / 10.x):

Eloquent ORM & Query Builder

Middleware, Service Providers, Jobs & Queues

Events, Listeners, Notifications

API Development (RESTful, JSON resources, Sanctum/Passport)

Request validation & custom rules

2. Database Skills:

MySQL/MariaDB – schema design, indexing, query optimization

Database migrations, seeders, factories

Authentication & Authorization:

Laravel Sanctum / Passport / JWT

Role-based access control (RBAC), policies, gates

Caching & Optimization:

Redis / Memcached

Query performance tuning

Unit & Feature Testing:

PHPUnit / Pest

3. Version Control:

Git (branching, merging, pull requests, code reviews)

API Integration:

3rd-party services (Payment gateways, Firebase, AWS SDKs, etc.)

4. Deployment Knowledge:

Laravel Forge, Envoy, Docker, CI/CD basics

  1. Nice-to-Have / Additional Skills

/ React basics for API integration understanding

Familiarity with Microservices or modular monoliths

Basic DevOps knowledge (Nginx, Apache, Linux server handling)

Cloud services (AWS, DigitalOcean, GCP) basics

Knowledge of WebSockets / Laravel Echo / Pusher

5. Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving and debugging skills

Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-documented code

Good communication & teamwork (can collaborate with frontend & product team)

Time management & ability to handle deadlines

6. Experience Level

At least 2 years working specifically with Laravel
