Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive - Accounts & Finance

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Monthly Financial Reporting: Prepare and share monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, financial summaries, and analysis with management.
  • Sales Reconciliation & Data Management: Handle sales reconciliation, ensuring alignment between sales data, collections, inventory, and system reports. Maintain accurate day-to-day financial data.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring proper fund planning, liquidity management, and timely payments.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare and support yearly budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis in line with business goals.
  • Accounts Operations: Maintain proper books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers, and documentation. Ensure accuracy in purchase, expense, and inventory accounting.
  • MIS & Management Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and financial analysis for management review on a regular basis.
  • Cost & Margin Control: Monitor product costing, margins, and expenses, particularly relevant to FMCG / food products.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and operations teams for financial alignment and data accuracy.
  • Audit & Compliance: Support internal and external audits, VAT, tax, and statutory compliance as required. Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
  • Skills Required: Accounts and Finance, VAT and Tax, Financial Reconciliation, Cash Flow Management, Cost and profit analysis

Experience Requirements

  • 3 to 6 year(s)
