We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven
Senior Digital Marketer
to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven campaigns and ensure consistent growth across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce engaging and conversion-focused digital assets.
  • Manage and grow clients' social media presence with data-driven strategies and targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead and mentor junior marketing team members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3 years of proven professional experience
    in digital marketing, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong expertise in
    SEO, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and Paid Campaigns.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools such as
    Google Analytics, Ahrefs/SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent understanding of conversion funnels, lead generation, and growth marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under deadlines.
