Key Responsibilities
  • Proficiency in various CAD software packages is essential, especially in AutoCAD, including 2D and 3D modeling.
  • Must be conversant with Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings; able to read, understand and work on with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with Architects and Engineers to understand design intent, specifications, and any necessary revisions.
  • Collaborate with Architects, Engineers and other professionals to ensure accurate and compliant designs are produced.
  • Creating detailed drawings, reviewing existing designs, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations
  • Review existing drawings, make necessary changes, and ensure they meet project requirements and industry standards.
  • Organize and manage CAD files, including revisions and updates, ensuring they are easily accessible and maintained.
  • Visit site, observe and find on-site condition and prepare As-built drawing.
  • Learn and demonstrate proficiency in software related to BIM, esp. REVIT.
  • Review and undertake self-checking initiatives for QA/QC of project deliverables.
  • Attend regular meetings and coordination with team members.

Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience
  • Diploma or BSc. Architecture or Civil Engineering
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as CAD operator
  • On-site work experience would be a plus point
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills
  • Have proficiency with MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
  • Technical drawing skills in AutoCAD is must [Revit would be plus point]
