Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Printer/Copier Service Technician located in Dhaka. The responsibilities include providing printer support and maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing printers and copiers, ensuring print production quality, and handling bindery and inkjet tasks. The technician will also be responsible for maintaining an inventory of supplies and parts, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional service.
Qualifications
- Printer Support and Print Production skills
- Experience in Printing and Bindery tasks
- Knowledge of Inkjet technology
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the office equipment industry is a plus
- Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred
