Technician/ Foreman (Lift& Generator) for Trillenium Group

Job Responsibilities & Context

• Quickly identifying reasons for lift breakdowns
• Understanding error codes and applying proper fixes
• Solving issues like door malfunction, shaking, noise, or leveling problems
• Explaining technical issues to clients in simple terms
• Preparing clear and accurate service reports
• Professional behavior and timely service delivery
• Following Lock-out/Tag-out (LOTO) safety procedures
• Using PPE (helmet, gloves, belt, safety jacket, shoes)
• Working safely in machine rooms and lift shafts
• Performing emergency rescue operations
• Teamwork and coordination
• Time management
• Analytical thinking and decision-making
• Ability to read and understand electrical wiring diagrams
• Skilled in using a multimeter for voltage and current testing
• Identifying and testing sensors, limit switches, relays, and safety circuits
• Adjustment and repair of mechanical parts
• Operation and maintenance of control panels (ARD, VVVF Drive, Controller boards)

Experience

• 3 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
• Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machinery (Generator, Diesel Engine, etc.

Lift & Generator Installation, Maintenance, Operating, Service

Job Highlights

• Understanding of motors, gears, brakes, shafts, and guide rails
• Ability to maintain cabin and counterweight alignment
• Knowledge of landing door and cabin door mechanisms
