Role Description

This is a remote internship role for a Contributing Writer. The Contributing Writer will be responsible for generating news articles, conducting research, writing and editing content, as well as engaging with our audience on various platforms. The writer will also work closely with the editorial team to ensure consistency and quality in all published materials.

Qualifications

  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Research and fact-checking abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with online news publishing and social media
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for journalism and a keen interest in current events
  • Experience with digital media tools is a plus
  • Enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Journalism, Communications) is preferred
