Officer, Modern Trade & Super Shop Sales

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with modern trade and supershop partners to ensure continuous business growth and long-term collaboration.
  • Execute sales plans to achieve sales targets through effective negotiation, promotions, and in-store activities.
  • Ensure timely order collection, accurate forecasting, and efficient product availability across assigned modern trade and supershop outlets.
  • Implement merchandising standards, planograms, and promotional displays to enhance product visibility and brand presence at retail stores.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions; prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, accounts) to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies and trade agreements.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Master of Business Administration (MBA)
  • Skills Required: Leadership and Good Communication skill., Negotiation

Experience Requirements

  • At least 3 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
