Manager - Marketing (Embroidery)

Job Description / Responsibility

We are looking a dynamic and highly experienced individual with 10-12 years of proven expertise in the Embroidery sector. The candidate will have a strong background in buyer sourcing, direct buyer communication, and strategic development and fulfil the order as per embroidery capacity.

  • Source and establish new buyer and fulfil the capacity.
  • Identify and build direct connections with international buyers, brands, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Develop and execute sourcing and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Plan and implement strategies to attract bulk clothing orders from local & global markets.
  • Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to showcase capabilities and secure new buyers.
  • Manage all buyer communications, ensuring timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Negotiate pricing and close contracts that align with both buyer and company interests.
  • Coordinate between buyers, merchandising, and production teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely deliveries.
  • Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on buyer acquisition, sourcing progress, and marketing activities.

  • Bachelor/Honors
  • Masters
