Marketing Executive
to support our marketing and business development activities.
Job Responsibilities
- Promote the agency's overseas recruitment and manpower services
- Conduct field marketing and online marketing activities
- Communicate with candidates and clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and other platforms
- Provide accurate information about job opportunities and recruitment procedures
- Maintain good relationships with clients and job seekers
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets
- Encourage interested candidates to visit the office for further processing
- Prepare regular marketing reports and submit them to management
- Perform other tasks assigned by management
Educational Requirements
- HSC
- Bachelor/Honors
- HSC / Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Skills Required: MS Office
Additional Requirements
- Good communication skills in Bangla (English will be an advantage)
- Basic knowledge of Facebook, WhatsApp, and online marketing
- Friendly attitude, confidence, and positive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous marketing experience will be an advantage (Freshers are welcome)
