Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser based in Gulshan. The Merchandiser will manage client orders, coordinate production processes, and ensure timely delivery of products. Responsibilities include communicating with buyers and suppliers, maintaining quality standards, and assisting in sales and marketing strategies as needed. The Merchandiser will work closely with the sales and production teams to uphold the company's commitment to quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage relationships with clients and suppliers effectively
• Experience in Sales and Marketing to support business growth and strategy implementation
• Familiarity with Retail environments and trends within the fashion sourcing industry
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant software tools
• Ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams
• Previous experience in fashion sourcing or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
