Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Food Court Service Supervisor located in Khilkhet Thana. The Food Court Service Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the food court, ensuring high-quality service, monitoring food preparation and presentation, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards. The role involves supervising staff, scheduling shifts, addressing customer inquiries and concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The Supervisor will also collaborate with the management team to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2-3 years Exprience at hotel or restaurent
  • Expertise in supervising teams and managing daily operations
  • Skills in Food Preparation and ensuring adherence to quality standards
  • Experience in Food Service and Food & Beverage management
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems effectively
  • Previous experience in the food and hospitality industry preferred
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulation
