About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing & Marketing Manager to lead sourcing

operations, supplier management, and market development across Bangladesh's textile hubs.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with buying houses or apparel

brands, strong vendor networks, and deep knowledge of Bangladesh's fabric and textile

markets.

Key Responsibilities

 To understand and fulfil buyers fabric requirements.

 Negotiate costings, lead times, and quality parameters to meet buyer expectations.

 Drive end-to-end fabric sourcing for woven/knit categories as per seasonal

requirements.

 Maintain strong relationships with mills, buying houses, and brand sourcing teams.

 Conduct regular market visits, price benchmarking, and trend analysis.

 Coordinate with internal merchandising and product development teams to ensure

timely approvals.

 Monitor fabric quality, compliance requirements, lab tests, and shipment readiness.

 Generate new business opportunities through strategic marketing and vendor

development.

Key Skills & Competencies

 4+ years of experience in fabric sourcing, preferably with buying houses or

fashion/apparel brands.

 Strong understanding of Bangladesh textile markets, mills, and supplier ecosystem.

 Excellent negotiation, coordination, and vendor management skills.

 Ability to handle multiple sourcing categories and high-volume programs.

 Strong communication skills with both local and international stakeholders.
