1) Bachelor in Any Discipline

2) Advise students on academic programs, course selection, and study abroad opportunities.

3) Provide career counseling based on students' interests, strengths, and long-term goals.

4) Guide students on university/college admissions requirements, procedures, and deadlines

5) Assist in preparing, reviewing, and submitting admission applications.

5) Support students in preparing personal statements, resumes, and recommendation letters.

6) Guide on scholarship opportunities and financial aid processes.

7) Provide updated information on visa requirements, rules, and application procedures.

8) Assist students in preparing visa files and interview guidance.

9) Maintain effective communication with students and parents throughout the process.

10) Address queries, provide updates, and ensure clarity on admission and visa stages.

11) Maintain accurate student records, including applications, admission status, and visa outcomes.

12) Stay updated with the latest admission policies, rankings, and opportunities.

Key Skills Required:

  • Minimum 2–3 years experience in this field (Sr. Counselor)
  • Minimum 1 years experience in this field (Counselor)
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance & attitude
  • Time management & organizational ability
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
