Job Overview

We are seeking a knowledgeable and inspiring Advanced AI/ML Trainer to join our growing team. The role is ideal for professionals who have real-world experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning and a passion for transferring that knowledge to others.

The trainer will act as both an educator and mentor, helping learners navigate through complex AI/ML concepts, apply them to real-world use cases, and prepare for global certifications. Beyond teaching, the trainer will play a key role in shaping the next generation of AI professionals in Bangladesh, ensuring learners are confident, skilled, and industry-ready.

This role is not limited to classroom delivery—it includes curriculum development, project guidance, career support, and continuous learning integration. Job Description / Responsibilities

As an Advanced AI/ML Trainer, you will be responsible for:

1. Curriculum & Training Delivery

2. Design and deliver advanced AI/ML courses covering Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, and Generative AI.

3. Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions with hands-on labs and coding practices.

4. Break down complex AI/ML concepts into simple, understandable lessons for learners with diverse backgrounds.

5. Content Development

6. Prepare high-quality training materials, assignments, quizzes, and real-world projects.

7. Update curriculum regularly to reflect the latest AI/ML advancements, industry use cases, and research trends.

8. Learner Mentorship & Career Support

9. Provide individual and group mentorship to ensure learner success.

10. Review projects, give constructive feedback and guide learners in portfolio development.

11. Support learners in preparing for interviews, freelancing, and job placements by sharing industry insights.

12. Collaboration & Research

13. Work with the Techsist Academy R&D and curriculum teams to enhance training modules.

14. Contribute to hackathons, innovation sprints, and research initiatives led by Techsist Academy.

15. Assessment & Performance Monitoring

16. Design evaluation methods to measure learner progress effectively.

17. Provide feedback reports and recommendations for improvement.

18. Continuous Improvement

19. Stay updated with global AI/ML trends, frameworks, and tools.

20. Introduce innovative teaching strategies and new technologies in the classroom.

Requirements:

1. Education:

2. Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or relevant field.

3. (Preferred) Specialized certifications in AI/ML, Deep Learning, or Data Science.

4. Experience

5. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on industry experience in AI/ML development.

6. At least 1 year of teaching/training/mentorship experience (academic, corporate, or professional).

7. Technical Expertise

8. Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn.

9. Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, Generative AI, Transformers (BERT, GPT, etc.).

10. Familiar with MLOps, Model Deployment, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

11. Tools & Workflows

12. Jupyter Notebook, Google Colab, Git/GitHub.

13. Cloud AI services (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML Studio, GCP AI Hub).

14. Experience with datasets, preprocessing workflows, and version control.

15. Soft Skills

16. Strong communication & presentation skills.

17. Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.

18. Mentorship mindset and learner-first approach.

19. Team player with a passion for teaching and innovation.
