Salary & Remuneration
: BDT 15,000.00 per month + monthly sales commission of up to BDT 60,000.00

Key Responsibilities

·      Sell Doctor consultancy sessions over phone to local and foreign customers in Bangladesh

·      Cross sale medical services over phone while handling inbound query calls.

·      Prepare individual prospect list of customers and follow-up calls for successful conversion.

·      Conduct survey calls on customer satisfaction

·      Achieve sales targets and support business growth

Required Skills & Experiences

·      At least 2 years of professional experience in tele-sales operation of any BPO company / MNC / International Call Center / Tele-health Service provider company in Bangladesh

·      Excellent English Verbal Communication Skills with proper accent is mandatory

Educational Qualification

·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/any relevant field.

·      English Medium background preferred but not mandatory is the candidate has proper verbal communication skills in ENGLISH
