About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Engineer
to lead the design, development, customization, and optimization of our enterprise-grade business applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise across
full-stack development, database management, system integration, and workflow automation
—with proven experience building and scaling solutions for finance, supply chain, HR, CRM, and manufacturing environments.

This is a leadership role that requires strong technical problem-solving, architecture design, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, customization, and deployment of enterprise business systems.
  • Architect and implement modules for
    finance, HR, sales, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing
    .
  • Develop and optimize
    RESTful APIs
    and integrations with third-party systems.
  • Manage
    custom apps, workflows, reports, dashboards, and role-based access control
    .
  • Ensure data integrity through advanced
    database design, scripting, and migrations
    .
  • Drive performance tuning, scalability improvements, and security best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers and establish engineering best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years
    of professional software engineering experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern front-end frameworks
    .
  • Expertise with
    MariaDB/MySQL, Redis, , and server-side frameworks
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    microservices, containerization (Docker), and reverse proxies (NGINX)
    .
  • Proven track record of
    developing complex workflows, custom scripts, and role-based access systems
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    financial systems, HR/payroll, inventory, supply chain, and manufacturing processes
    .
  • Experience with
    multi-tenant SaaS environments
    and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based deployments
    .
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of
    cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    .
  • Exposure to
    AI/ML-driven automation and chatbot integration
    .
  • Experience with
    enterprise compliance frameworks (ISO, GDPR, Cybersecurity standards)
    .
