  • Shift 1:
    9:30 AM to 6:30 PM - 1 hour break (OR)
    Shift 2:
    3:00 PM to 12:00 PM - 1 hour break

At Zorg IT, we work with global clients in SaaS, real estate, interiors, and e-commerce. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Intern
who is smart, creative, trend-savvy, and can bring fresh, engaging ideas to our campaigns.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in planning and managing
    all SMM for Zorg IT
    .

  • Create engaging content: captions, visuals, carousels, reels, and short videos.

  • Keep track of the latest
    social media trends
    and apply them in campaigns.

  • Support
    SEO projects
    (keyword research, on-page posting, backlinks).

  • Track campaign performance and prepare
    simple reports
    .

  • Research competitors, new tools, and marketing opportunities.

What We're Looking For

  • Smart, proactive, and business-minded — eager to learn how marketing drives sales.

  • Creative mindset + sense of humor (your ideas should stand out).

  • Strong awareness of social media trends, marketing strategies, and consumer behavior.

  • Basic knowledge of ads, SEO, and digital campaigns.

  • Good written and spoken English communication skills.

  • Quick learner who can take feedback and improve fast.

What You'll Get

  • A 3-month internship with the chance to become full-time.

  • Stipend: 10,000 BDT/month.

  • After 3 months → if your KPI is strong, you'll be offered a full-time job at 30,000 BDT/month + two yearly festival bonuses.

At Zorg IT, this internship is a 3-month bootcamp. We will test your:

  • How you react under pressure.

For 3 months, expect to be challenged. We'll give you more work than you think you can handle. We'll push you outside your comfort zone. We'll break bad habits. It won't be easy — but that's the point.
