Job Description / Responsibility

Asst. Executive (Sales Admin) for Hygiene Items.

  • Check & verify TADA of the sales team.
  • Handle distributor opening formalities, including documentation & approval follow-up.
  • Prepare & maintain damage & replacement calculation reports.
  • Monitor daily attendance of sales representatives.
  • Support the SR recruitment process, including coordination of interviews & joining formalities.
  • Maintain & update distributor field & documentation.
  • Perform other administrative & support tasks assigned by the sales management.
  • Various letters & report writing as per the line manager`s instructions.

Educational Requirements

  • BBA/MBA in any discipline from any reputed University.
  • Skills Required: Sales, Report Writing

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 2 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  • Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate must have to be smart, energetic & dynamic.
  • Must have good communication skills, both English & Bangla
  • Can do work under pressure.
  • Sound knowledge on MS Office.
