Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dhaka for a Marketing Officer. The Marketing Officer will be responsible for conducting market research, implementing marketing strategies, and managing communication efforts to enhance brand visibility. They will develop and execute social media campaigns, work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives, and maintain a strong brand presence across various platforms.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively engage with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing to create, manage, and grow the company's online presence.
  • Sales skills to support and align marketing efforts with business growth objectives.
  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multi-faceted projects effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing or similar role is an advantage.

Salary: BDT 30,000 – 50,000 (Negotiable)

FridaySoft (a USA based IT company) is a rapidly growing ICT-based organization offering ICT Courses, Soft Skills Development Courses, and Communicative English Learning Programs across Bangladesh. We are looking for two dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Marketing Executives to join our team.

Position: Marketing Executive (02)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


•⁠ ⁠Conduct both offline (field) and online marketing activities.


•⁠ ⁠Plan and execute effective Facebook and YouTube marketing campaigns.


•⁠ ⁠Develop modern, creative, and attractive marketing strategies and plans.


•⁠ ⁠Ensure a minimum number of enrollments per month.


•⁠ ⁠Maintain professional communication and build partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and other institutions.


•⁠ ⁠Track market trends, monitor competitors, and provide strategic insights.

Prepare promotional content and support branding activities.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong interest and skills in digital marketing and field marketing.

Ability to create and execute marketing plans independently.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Facebook Ads, YouTube promotion, and online campaign optimization (preferred).

Ability to work under targets and maintain timelines.

Educational background in Marketing/Business/ICT is a plus.

Freshers with strong skills are also encouraged to apply.
