Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute Below-the-Line (BTL) activities, including events, brand activations, and promotional campaigns, in alignment with overall marketing and brand objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive post-activity reports, analyzing performance, outcomes, and key learnings to support continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams, external vendors, and partner agencies to ensure smooth and effective implementation of all initiatives.
  • Manage and monitor activation and event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining high-quality execution and brand standards.

Educational Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Management or a related field from a reputed University.

Experience Requirements

  • 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry (Preferable).
  • Experienced in Event Management, Brand Activation & Field Marketing will be added advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel and manage on-ground promotional and activation activities as required.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and PowerPoint.
