Asst. Manager / Senior Executive, Finance & Account

Job Description / Responsibility

  • Ensure recording of transactions into books of accounts and relevant books.
  • Ensure daily collection in respective banks and MFS channels.
  • Perform collection reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
  • Perform month closing activities and preparation of Financial Statements (monthly/yearly).
  • Support year-end audit.
  • Ensure Regulatory reporting compliances.
  • Support vendor and other payments as per policy.
  • Support any other tasks assigned by Management.

Experience Requirements

  • 4 to 7 year(s)

Additional Requirements

  • Candidate should have knowledge of basic accounting procedures, be open to learning, and have strong communication skills. Ultimately, able to achieve excellent customer service and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting principles.
  • Candidate must have experience in computer applications; especially MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook, with Accounting software books.
  • Candidates with strong initiative and are dynamic, self-committed, hardworking, quick learner & able to work independently are encouraged to apply.
  • Should have good written and spoken English and Bangla communication skills.
