We're#Hiring: Product Designer (Fire Safety & Solutions Industry)Location: Gulshan, Dhaka(On-site)Job Type: Full-Time#hiring,#designer,#AutoCAD,#Solidworks #firesafetydesigner #firesafety=>About the Role:We are looking for a Fire Protection System Designer who has strong expertise in fire safety engineering and compliance with RSC (Ready-Made Garment Sustainability Council) Audit standards.As a Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and improving fire safety products such as fire protection, detection & suppression systems, and preparing technical drawings and BOQs related estimation & solutions and ensuring compliance with international and local standards.=>Key Responsibilities:*Design and prepare layouts for fire protection systems (sprinkler, hydrant, detection, suppression, etc).*Ensure compliance with RSC Audit requirements, NFPA, BNBC, and comply with national and international fire safety standards.*Prepare BOQ, technical drawings, and related documentation.*Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and client meetings.*Collaborate with engineering and production teams to bring concepts to life.*Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.*Optimize designs for manufacturing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.*Work closely with the sales & marketing team to develop product presentations and documentation.=>Requirements:*Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Fire Safety Engineering or a related field.*3-5 years of experience in fire safety design, safety equipment, or hardware manufacturing industries.*Hands-on experience in RSC Audit compliance.*Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar).*Strong understanding of ergonomics, materials, and manufacturing processes.*Knowledge of fire safety compliance standards (e.g., NFPA, BIS, RSC, FM/UL/LPCB) is a plus.*Creativity combined with problem-solving and technical skills.=>How to Apply: Send your resume and portfolio to with the subject line:"Application – Product Designer"BSEP BangladeshGulshan, Dhaka
