Executive / Sr. Executive - Sales & Marketing
Job Description / Responsibility
- Selling company shares and real estate projects.
- Maintaining regular contact with clients and presenting properties according to their needs.
- Finding new potential buyers and achieving sales targets.
- Assisting customers with property visits and closing deals.
- Managing sales activities in coordination with the marketing team.
- Identify new market opportunities, emerging trends, and potential client segments.
- Participate in the development of sales plans, forecasts, and budgets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and business partners.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales efforts.
- Monitor sales performance and key metrics to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Promote the organization's products and services to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
- Skills Required: Real Estate, Real Estate Sales, hotel share sales
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Real estate experience particular priority.
