Executive - Accounts & Finance
Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain books of accounts including vouchers, ledgers, and journals
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts
- Coordinate with auditors during audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Support senior accounts team in financial analysis and reporting
- Recording of all transactions in Excel & Tally software.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly
- Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.
Educational Requirements
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
- Skills Required: Accounting Data Entry, Accounting Software, Financial Reporting, MS Excel
Experience Requirements
- 1 to 3 year(s)
