Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in Dhaka. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating with various departments, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery of products. Additional responsibilities include monitoring performance metrics, handling client communications, and supporting the senior management team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience in team coordination and handling multitasking
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and report on performance metrics
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Prior experience in the engineering or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
